Euthopia/The Elohim We want to fill his slots but he wont peace out from the "joke" war he is in.
I PMd the guy filling his slot to tell him to either attack or peace out and this was his reply to me. You can check my PMs to see.

the topic title is misleading as it gives the impression i was strategically filling his war slots....

i declared war BEFORE they were in a conflict i was just having some fun and sent a peace offer shortly after...there is nothing more i can do i cant physically make him accept it.....keep in mind all this happened BEFORE halopro was on the scene with her band of merry men

i wasnt sure if i was allowed to post or not seeing as this complaint involved me i thought i would go for it so apologies if im not allowed :)

I'll allow Rizla to post here because this seems to be very germane to the case at hand.

If a peace offer has been sent and the guy won't accept it, while having not declared war in the first place, that is not slot filling. That being said, it appears that it is serving quite the same function. I'll go ahead and delete the war, with no warnings issued.
