There have only been a couple of minor word changes to the terms and conditions. Nothing really signifigant has changed (ie. no policy changes or anything like that) and I am not obligated to provide an outline of every word that has changed. Read the terms and if you agree to them, accept them.

It says that a withdrawn donation (e.g. first donate the money, then make the bank to undo it) is a cause for nation deletion. Doesn't this open the door to a lot of abuse? Especially people that buy donations from others could get inserious trouble if those sellers are not honest.

I keep a record of the sender's account ID of all donations regardless of who the donation bonus actually goes to. If the transaction is reversed I will know specifically who's account action is to be taken on in order to prevent innocent users from being punished.

It won't let me hit the continue button even after checking the box and reading through the conditions. Why is this?
