Soviet resurrection is an alliance based on resurrecting the soviet union(hence the name)

Charter : Soviet Resurrection is an alliance dedicated to communist leaders, and nations(If your people do not approve of a communist government or no religion you may change it however it IS frowned upon). Soviet Resurrection is a colorless alliance. It has no flag, just the flag of the Soviet Union. Soviet Resurrection is hoping for the day that the USSR makes a come back. This charter is basically the Warsaw Pact. Sign it after posting a sign up sheet, in order to be included into the alliance. Soviet Resurrection hopes that it will be just like the Warsaw Pact. The government of Soviet Resurrection is a simple one, yet complex. The chairman is at the top. Directly under him is the Commie Commitee. This consists of members that the Chairman finds to have the best interest of Soviet Resurrection at heart. When it comes to decision making the commitee votes on it. Everybody in the commitee has an equal say. The chairman has final say, however 9 times out of 10 the chairman will side with the commitee. Members that do not belong to the commitee may bring things to the commitee, and when a major decision comes up such as declaring war, they become part of the commitee until the vote is over. That means that everybody may vote, and each vote is regarded equally. The way voting works, is the chairman will make a thread named with the decision the commitee will decide on. The commitee will then reply with either Yay for yes, or Nay for no.

For example : topic title "Declare war on enemy alliance"

Post 1 : Yay
Post 2 : Yay
Post 3 : Nay

The chairman will then tally the votes, and make a decision based on that. The commitee is appointed by the chairman, and the chairman gives this to members who have the best interest of Soviet Resurrection at heart. However if a member in the commitee betrays Soviet Resurrection, said member will be demoted. If that member has done something really bad, they will be banned. There is no set number to the amount of commitee members. I hope that one day the entire alliance will be in the commitee. Remember Soviet Resurrection's beleifs are based on the idea of communism, if you do not share Soviet Resurrection's beliefs you may not want to join. If a member goes against communism they will be kicked out, or demoted, depending on the seriousness of the offense. This goes for the chairman as well.

Uh -oh, one of our many alliances was disbanded. I dont know what happened, ther're forum was deleted, and the leader changed his alliance affiliation. We have many more, but each alliance is a special one, because each leader is a friend to me.

Nevermind, they just changed their name.
