Its just a limit on how many actions you can do per day, so you cant spam every single new nation in the game. -------------------- What Color are you? Warn Level =20%. Came back from vacation? Not just that but it gives other people a chance to log on too. It is a sever space saver, so the same people can't stay in-game all day. It gives other people a chance to go on as well.

But like Sir Aurelius said, if you're not an alliance recruiter, I highly doubt it will affect you.

Actions include messages, I think. And its out of 1,500.

Depends on server load. When things are quiet, admin leaves it at 1500 actions a day. When things heat up due to a war and activity climbs, then admin adjusts the actions to 1000 a day to account for the increased activity. During GW3 it was a 1000. After the war it was raised back up to 1500. The start of the FAN-WUT War saw it drop back down to 1000. As the war settled down, it was raised back up to 1500 a week or so ago.
