I'm not sure of the specific sizes of Gramlins (I think they're around 70 members) and FCC, but I remember them being intentionally small as well. -------------------- PWII (OIN), GW I (ODN), GW III (\m/), Viridicide and FAN war veteran. They're growing, just not in member numbers. :P

There are a few, but usually if an alliance isn't concerned about expanding its member base you won't see much of them on the forums.

Valhalla (as well as Gramlins) is definitely too big. I'm interested in finding an alliance where you know every single member personally and there's no pressure for the alliance to be a war machine/powerhouse.

PPF is the only alliance I knew of that doesn't care about expanding their member base, is well known, and is an older alliance.

If PPF was to start really REALLY recruiting I"m sure they could easily get 20 new members the first day of recruiting. And more following that.
