This may be old news to some of you, but I am reposting it here just to be clear: FrawIey on IRC is not Frawley of the NPO, although in some clients the capital I looks exactly like an l. He is in fact ComradeVadar, formaly of the LSF, who has been causing immense disruption.
His nation has been exposed as: Nation01 (Leader01) Recently he has: 1. Signed MDPs for alliance leaders. 2. Ordered nations to aid him. (Example) 3. Tried provoke civil war in various alliances. 4. Ordered NPO nations to attack NoV nations. If you are speaking to a 'frawley' or any other official on IRC please ask them to confirm their identity via an in-game PM before following any type of war/aiding directive. Or you could just check to be sure that it's not someone who's addy ends with smith as that is Vader's provider. Just run a "Who is" check and it'll show you this information.

The more savvy people will pick up on it, but when you're talking about the people with little IRC experience, this type of stunt has caused all kinds of problems. I would advise people to be wary of anybody who seems a little suspicious, because it's quite possible we could see more of this type of thing. --------------------
