I would hope not and plus who says they are deserving of such a thing? I personally would be inclined to continue attacking them even if they requested peace just to make sure FAN never has the ability to influence world politics again.

Also nice to see you Fransjosef, I suppose maybe now that this war is underway people will show you more respect. Keep fighting the good fight mate, get as many FAN babies as you can. :J

In this case it's easier to just remove the head. I would have prefered a nice kill, but after 2-3 days of fighting survival instincts might win and FAN will be a vassal to the NPO.

Note that people who hide in peace mode shouldn't have any saying. That has been FAN policy before. May it apply to them as well..
