The Pirates in Love Treaty

A treaty of peace, assistance, and protection from the Atlantic Shadow Confederation to the Kaolaroan.

Preamble. Connection:

The Atlantic Shadow Confederation and the Kaolaroan, in understanding and wish for a better future, are hereby bonded together by this pact, in the interest of peace and friendship between both alliances, into perpetuity.

Article 1st. Limits and love:

This treaty shall be valid for a period of three (3) months, at which point both alliances will join together and discuss continuation of the treaty. If any side wishes to withdraw from this Pact, a notice of intent shall be given seven (7) days before the Pact is officially terminated.

Article 2nd. Agreement and Protection:

A.) The Kaolaroan hereby agrees to become a military and economic protectorate of the Atlantic Shadow Confederation. The Atlantic Shadow Confederation here agrees to serve and protect the Kaolaroan from all external threats, and to support their growth, as one would support his brethren.
B.) The ASC hereby declares that any attack or threat on the Kaolaroan is an attack on the lands of Atlantica itself. The ASC shall use this treaty as a treaty of mutual defense, and shall pledge its financial and military support to Kaolaroan whenever possible.
C.) The Kaolaroan may give financial and military aid to Atlantica in times of need, but is only encouraged, and not forced by this treaty to do so. Refusal to give aid to the ASC shall not be considered a valid reason for the abrupt breaking of this Pact.

Article 3rd. Information:

In the interests of safety and peace, both alliances agree to share all information considered harmful to the other side. Both sides agree to communicate and share information in the way that serves both alliances best interests.

Article 4th. Exclusivity:

As long as bound by this treaty, Atlantica shall remain Kaolaroan�s sole ally. As such, no other military treaties shall be signed by it while this treaty is in use. The ASC is free to continue signing military treaties at its discretion.

Conclusion:

With this treaty, but Kaolaroan and Atlantica commit themselves for a better future and for everlasting friendship between themselves into eternity. Atlantica wishes Kaolaroan to take this first stepping stone in a path for greatness. *Love and hugs*
