I. Mutual Soverignty
By signing this, all alliances hereby acknowledge the mutual sovereignty of each alliance and respect their right to make individual decisions. They also agree to not flame, flame bait, argue, or otherwise purposefully anger any member of the Web.

II. Non-Agression
By signing into the Sphere Web each alliance agrees not to attack each other. If a nation does attack a fellow member of the Web then the leaders of the attacked alliance shall be notified within 24 hours. The attacked nation will not retaliate for 48 hours. During that time reparations will be paid in full. if reparations are not paid then it is grounds for the expulsion of the nation who is the aggressor.

III. Mutual defense
If an alliance in the Web is attacked, then other members of the Web are expected to come to the aid and begin defensive operations on the nation, nations, or alliance that has attacked the member of The Web.

IV. Mutual Aggression
In the event that suitable information is presented to the members of the Web, then they will commence a vote on whether or not to go to war. If they decide to go to war, then they will commence attacks on the Nation, Nations, or Alliance that they have decided to be a threat to The Web.

V. Aid
In the event that a singular alliance is drawn into a war due to outside Treaties, they will not be given the right for aid from the Web. Aid will be defined as Military, Monitary, Or any other form of support that may draw the Web into war.

VI. Outside Aggression/Defense
In the event that an alliance is asked to enter a war due to an outside treaty, then they will not be automatically given the right of support from the Web. They may ask at any time for support. If a request is made then the members of the Web will vote on whether or not to go to war in support of the alliance. If they decide not to go to war, then each alliance has a right to go to war on their own accord but will not be given the right of any aid from the Web.

VII. Growth
All alliances agree to put forth the maximum effort to maximize the growth of all alliances within the Web. If an alliance is having trouble growing then it will be the responsibility of the other members of the Web to help the growth of the alliance.

VIII. Withdrawal
If an alliances wishes to withdraw from the Web, then they must notify the members of the Web. Once all alliances have been notified, then the withdrawing alliance will continue to be bound by the treaty for 48 hours. After which time a one week NAP will go into effect.

IX. Acceptace
For an alliance wishing to join the Web they must give an application to one of the alliances in the Web. At which time a vote shall commence. Once all alliances have voted, if a majority is in favour of acceptance then they will be accepted into the Web.

This doesn't look like an MADP to me. The aggression clause states that the alliances can refuse to help each other in aggressive wars.

Only if the aggression is due to outside treaties. This clause is standard procedure in MADP's, AFAIK.
