I wasn't missing them -- I didn't know they existed. Now that I've been informed of their existitude and verified their level of quantifiable numbertations, they've been added to the daily queue. They'll show up next Monday (I need 1 week of data to do my thing), probably in Tier 3.

So, what would be required for you to consider putting an alliance on those nice charts of yours?

The barrier to entry is lower now (at least down to 60 alliances, where I can have a nice, even 4 tiers). I'm at 55 with the addition of Genesis. For the time being, 1M NS seems like a sensible basement, although I suppose 300+ members is also good. When I hit 60, I'll take it on a case by case basis.

Know of any millionaires not on the list?

Your competitor's thread (The Sanction Race) lists alliances at 200 members.

60 is a lot of alliances to track. Must take you a while!

Well... I asked for RnR to get put on earlier, when it was a lot weaker. Right now we're at about 925K total NS.

One bookmark at a time: option-command-b, down-arrow, command-down-arrow, command-a, command-c, command-tab, command-v, command-tab, repeat. The data mining part now takes comparatively little time (4-6 minutes, depending on how distracted I am). Now that all the graphs are generated programatically, as soon as all the data is mined, I save the file, and run my scripts against it (to harvest the sweet, sweet data). That plops everything into the database, generates the graphs, copies them to the server, creates the .csv files and opens them in Excel with the stuff for the charts. Those take a few more minutes. I'm all about efficiency. Figure 15-30 minutes depending on what else I'm multitasking on at the time I do it.

And what my competitor is doing doesn't concern me. If he jumped off a cliff, I certainly wouldn't. On the other hand, if he wanted to tech raid a little old lady on a fixed income and steal her car? I'm very much up for that. :awesome:
