How about "Pick your own invisible man in the skyism". wait, that might antagonize the Feminists. I pick "none", the People should be free to worship whatever they choose.

"Your people approve of this national religion but the majority of your people would prefer something else. They believe that god is present in all walks of life, both in living and non-living things. "

Any suggestions?

Shinto - Japan's indigenous religion, based on the premise that gods inhabit all natural things, both animate and inanimate.

C'mon, why do people have trouble figuring this out? The clues are pretty obvious.

They are primarily non-materialistic and wish for a national religion that supports atheism and that teaches that every single living thing is an individual and eternal soul, called jva, which is responsible for its own actions.

This might be it Holyone since it talks about scriptures.

I've tried
Buddhism
Hinduism
Jainism
Confusianism
Baha'i Faith
Mixed

I can't figure it out.

I think you should try Taoism, :)

I've tried Islam, mixed, Baha'i Faith, and none. Suggestions?

Muslims don't believe in reincarnation. Looks like a syncretic religion to me, and of the available options I would go for Sikhism (combines elements of Islam and Hinduism).
