It is with a heavy heart that I stand before the Nations of greater Digiterra this day, after 151 days of peace, Bumpivania has declared war on the nation of Magna.

The Grey Council is a defensive alliance, and an attack upon one of our members is an attack upon all of us.

Our policy of exhausting all avenues of diplomatic relief for international disputes prior to engaging in war is well known by all, and it is with regret that I inform you that Magna has responded most unreasonably to our repeated diplomatic efforts. When offered dialogue and the chance for a negotiated peace, he responded with further attacks.

Thrice before the nation of Wallonia has been called to defend their fellow GC brethren, and thrice the nation of Wallonia has been victorious in their endeavors. This time shall be no different. Glory to the GC!
