Command Sergeant Major Group: Members Posts: 328 Member No.: 6,661 Joined: 12-July 06	When you offer someone aid, the aid you offer the other nation is placed in an escrow holding until they either accept or decline the offer. This way you can continue to do business as usual without having to keep track so as to avoid accidentally eleminating what you have offered in aid. PLEASE TAKE TIME TO VOTE (YES)! If you vote no, please give a reason. EDIT- After reading all of the post, many people have the idea the Escrow Account will protect your funds from being raided during wartime. Let's get one thing perfectly clear, that is not the case! Escrow does not protect money from being raided, it merely keeps you from accidetally spending it when you've offered it as aid. EDIT 2- Correction of clarity error. Escrow account is only intended for financial aid. Sorry for the lack of clarity. Israfeel brings up a good point. However with the limits on trade amounts I dont think it would be a really big change in game balance if people did use it to hold their cash. Besides, there are various different checks the mods could put on it to make that an ineffective practice. (ie no escrow during wars, time limits, number of account limits, etc.)

That being said, I like the idea. I have farked up deals several times because I wasnt paying enough attention. <doh>
