It already is costing 5000+ infra to buy them. Why not 3k infra? We can't let every new guy run around with nukes.

Also, the top 5% is unrealistic, it makes no sense why a nation one day can buy a nuke, but the next day, having not changed at all, can't buy a nuke.

yes that is true, but if it becomes 3k infan then it shouldn't be 75 tech to have one it should be like 500 tech. Basically raise all the needs to own a nuke but make the nuke more powerful is my opinion
