He's actually got it right...With 2 prime resources like aluminum and lumber, there's a very good chance someone would be willing to pay him for them. There's no reason anyone with those 2 resources would ever pay for a trade, but there's plenty of cases where someone would pay THEM for it.
Still the wrong place, though. Heh.
