| Preamble We, the undersigned alliances of Bushido, and The Order of Feudalistic Security hereby agree, in the hope of future understanding and mutual respect, to the articles within this treaty of non-aggression. Article 1. Sovereignty In the signing of this pact, it is assured that both OFS and Bushido shall remain sovereign entities. Article 2. Non-Aggression a) At the signing of this treaty, both alliances agree not to initiate any hostile actions against the other, in order to maintain the spirit of peace and understanding between both alliances. Any sanctioned attack from one undersigned alliance against the other will be considered a breaking of this treaty, rendering it null and void. Any nation belonging to either alliance found in offensive operations against a member of the other alliance will be forced to stop all attacks and pay the necessary reparations to the victim. Refusal from reparations will be treated with expulsion from home alliance. c) Neither alliance will condone or directly execute any acts of espionage against the other signatory. Any signatory found doing such will immediately make dissolve this treaty, rendering it null and void. d) Neither alliance may aid enemies of the other signatory. Enemies shall be defined as, any nation, nations, or alliance that is at war with Bushido or OFS. Article 3. Mutual Assistance Either signatory of this treaty is free to provide financial and military assistance to the other alliance, but is not, in any way, bound to do so by this treaty. Refusal to give military aid shall not be used as justification to dissolve this treaty without the proper protocol. Article 4. Re-evaluation This treaty shall be re-evaluated on a monthly basis by both parties. At re-evaluation time, either alliance may request an upgrade to a more advanced treaty. Article 5. Termination Any alliance is free to leave this treaty at its own wish and perogative, provided it gives a 48 hour notice to the leadership of the other alliance. As stated in Article 2, any hostile action, including, deliberately aiding an enemy, any act of espionage, or a direct attack, will be legitimate grounds for the immediate cancellation of this treaty. Conclusion Both alliances sign this treaty in good faith.
