Declaration in Favor of Chocolate Chip Cookies, Cheesecake, and Sweet Girls with Hats

FOK - Orange Protection Alliance(OPA)

Preamble

FOK is cool
OPA is secki
Together they be the Cool and Secki couple in Orange, which is cool too.

Article I - Sovereignty
Each alliance has their own cookie jar.

Article II - Friendship
FOK and OPA like to eat their cookies together.

Article III - Cheesecake
FOK and OPA agree that even though OPA may be the best thing since Cheesecake, it is not better than Cheesecake.

Article IV – Non-Aggression
FOK won´t steal OPA´s Cookies, and neither will OPA steal FOK´s cookies.

Article V - Intelligence
If either of the alliances know where to get the brand new cookies, they will share that information with the other alliance.

Article VI - Financial Assistance
If either of the alliances have no money to buy new cookies, the other alliance may lend or give them money.

Article VII - Military Assistance
If someone steals OPA`s cookies it's possible that FOK will help, if someone steals OPA´s cookies, OPA´s members will vote if they want to help FOK, but they don't have to, and we can still share cookies afterwards like normal.

Article VIII - Amendments:
Both alliances can add their cookie recipes to this treaty.

Article IX - Review
If the 2 month supply of cookies is gone we will talk.

Article X - Termination
If you do not want our cookies, then come tell us and we will give you 48 hours to run away. But if you steal our cookies, we will give you no time to run away.

Article XI - Chocolate Waffles
Both alliances approve of people wearing cool hats and people that like chocolate waffles
