| Introduction This treaty is meant to show mutual respect and friendship between Sparta and TOOL, nothing more. This PIAT will help both signatory alliances continue to grow in friendship and prosper on Planet Bob. Article I: Peace The members of the participating alliances shall in no way be hostile towards the other. These actions include those both in public and in private. Peace and tranquility must be kept at all times between the two alliances. The participating alliances shall not only show respect towards the other on the forums around the Cyberverse, but on IRC and different messaging systems as well. If a member of either alliance should attack the other, the following shall happen. 1. The Aggressor must declare peace on the nation being attacked as soon as possible. 2. The Aggressor must also pay reparations in full to the nation being attacked. 3. The Aggressor must be punished by the laws of their own signatory alliance. If the Aggressor refuses to pay reps and continues attacks, the member will receive harsh punishment, possible expulsion from their signatory alliance. Article II: Intelligence Member Alliances in this treaty agree to share information that is important and of value to both. This information must not be falsified or changed in any way to cheat the other alliance. All information must be valid and not kept hidden from the other alliance if it is of most importance. Falsifications of intelligence will void this treaty. Article III: Aid Both Sparta and TOOL agree that aid can be sent to one another for assistance. This aid must be reasonable and come in a time of need or other special circumstances. The aid request is permitted to be declined if and only if a valid reason is given for the declination. The aid requests must be placed in the others Embassy or over private Channels. The Leader(s) of the alliance being requested of aid must acknowledge request and make a decision. Any false reasons for aid will void this treaty. Article IV: War Aid War aid is not required, whether it be soldiers or monetary, Aiding the other alliance in a time of war is encouraged. If a request is made by one alliance in a time of war, then the leaders of the other alliance must hold a vote to decide if Aid should be sent. If the alliance in need whether it be Sparta or TOOL does not ask for Currency or Military Aid, the other alliance should still acknowledge the war and contact the alliance in need. Article V: Cancellation Both signatory alliances agree that a twenty-four hour notice must be submitted to the other alliance before the treaty can be made void. The leaders of both alliances must be aware of the cancellation.
