The Tiger slab -- delightful orange ice cream with chunks of black liquorice and streaks of delectable liquorice syrup.


Although orange and liquorice mix very well, both flavours agree that they must still be tasted as two seperate flavours in any ice cream or everyone is worse off. Further, both flavours will complement each other and build each other up -- not tearing each other down -- preserving the mouthwatering creaminess that is Tiger ice cream. If either orange or liquorice learn of any news that threatens the delicious harmony that is Tiger, both will make sure the other is well aware of it. Liquorice will ensure that orange is always sufficiently strong in any situation to keep the Tiger dynamic alive. Because liquorice is so much stronger a flavour than orange, however, orange will only be bound to intervene if liquorice is directly assaulted by another flavour, though by no means is orange precluded from assisting liquorice in any situation that might benefit the tasty goodness that is Tiger. If in the very unlikely event that orange and liquorice ever decide that Tiger is a crappy synthesis, they will give each other 4 full days to let the lingering, delightful goodness that is Tiger remain in their mouths.

Preamble

It is hereby declared that both FOK and GOONS love each other long time.

Article I

Both signatories formally recognise the right of either signatory to exclusively exercise authority in all facets of its own internal domain.

Article II

Neither signatory shall authorise its members the right to attack or sanction members of the other signatory. Any unauthorised attacks or sanctions from the members of one signatory will be resolved to the satisfaction of the other signatory.

Article III

Both signatories agree to share any and all intelligence that is relevant to the security or well-being of the other.

Article IV

GOONS hereby commits to broadly guaranteeing the financial, military, and political integrity of the FOK alliance. Upon any violation of or threat to the integrity of FOK, GOONS will consult with the FOK government and honour any requests for assistance.

Article V

FOK hereby commits to defending GOONS in the event of any attack on GOONS by a third party, and to resolving any resulting wars to the satisfaction of both the FOK and GOONS governments. FOK reserves the right to assist GOONS in non-defensive conflicts if it so desires.

Article VI

Termination of this agreement shall occur 96 hours after either signatory gives notice to that effect. Both signatories retain the inalienable right to give notice to withdraw from this agreement for any reason at any time.
