Title: I hate the Sun
Starfox101 - August 31, 2007 06:00 AM (GMT)
It's been so hot here lately. It's expected to be 105 here tommorow, and it's 87 right now, at 11 at night.
Anyone else going through a heat wave?
Zessa - August 31, 2007 06:01 AM (GMT)
Only hit 105 once this summer here. I had football practice that day. <slap>
Delta1212 - August 31, 2007 06:01 AM (GMT)
Last week it was in the 80s at night and I didn't go outside for two days despite being at the beach.
Nikanor - August 31, 2007 06:02 AM (GMT)
Hit 113 with a 129 heat index.
Lakeyatlarge - August 31, 2007 06:03 AM (GMT)
Not to bad up here in NY.
Dasecrus - August 31, 2007 06:05 AM (GMT)
Its 61 degrees right now.
MaGneT - August 31, 2007 06:05 AM (GMT)
BamaBuc - August 31, 2007 06:06 AM (GMT)
It was in the 100s for nearly 2 weeks down here in Alabama. It's now a nice cool 95.

I wish I were you right now.
Doitzel - August 31, 2007 06:07 AM (GMT)
Hot and humid in the Sunshine State, with plenty of thunderstorms to ensure that it stays wet and muggy at absolutely all times.
Moneke - August 31, 2007 06:07 AM (GMT)
pleasant 26 degrees celcius here
USE METRIC BASTARDS <slap>
V The King - August 31, 2007 06:08 AM (GMT)
Thankfully, it rarely goes above 100 in the Vancouver area. I hate it when it gets that hot. Should be about 60 right now.
On the other hand, when I used to live in Rio de Janeiro, temperatures above 100 was an everyday challenge. >_<

26 degrees on either system is too cool for flaming. Don't do it.
Shay - August 31, 2007 06:26 AM (GMT)
you all are obviously not in Georgia....we've had 100+ weather for most of August... <_<
<crying>
FYI....100+ F is 38+ C I think
I know 105F is 40C...so you figure it out :P
JinHan - August 31, 2007 06:37 AM (GMT)

Apocalypse Now - August 31, 2007 07:40 AM (GMT)
hot school is hot.
No fans in any classroom and all the windows seem to be locked shut no matter how hard you push. <_<
Kevin the Great - August 31, 2007 07:44 AM (GMT)
Yesterday's high was 84, today is going to be 82. We did have 20 days in a row above 90 degrees, with 5 in a row above 100, but summer is starting to wind down.

Bout the same here.
You happen to live in Oregon, Kevin?
vgmmaster - August 31, 2007 10:15 AM (GMT)
It's been getting better lately over here, but still hot with it being in the mid 80s. While that may be pleasant to some of you, when it's as humid as crap, it is horrible.
But once we hit 60, then we'll be at a great temperature.
Cjavo - August 31, 2007 11:12 AM (GMT)
 We are still rising people, expect higher temperatures. <reddev>
Japan - August 31, 2007 11:31 AM (GMT)
Its about 20 here, we have had a crap summer
(Yes I havent a clue what that is in F and all the other numbers dont make sense do me)
Teak II - August 31, 2007 01:34 PM (GMT)
I got up at about 6:15 local time and saw the thermometer, it said 72.1 F. I know its gonna be a hot one (at least 100-102), although at least I don't live in Fresno, I heard it's going to 113 today.

For some reasons all i can do is imagine you playing football with the face in your avy
we had a huge one that lasted a week. Atleast 100 each day.
Holybandit - August 31, 2007 01:36 PM (GMT)
Its not bad here, only around 90-95.
Living in oklahoma for the better part of your life makes virginia seem like nothing. Gotta hate it though when canadians complain about the heat all the time.
Aaron - August 31, 2007 01:37 PM (GMT)
i live in Scotland, where sun doesn't exist.

Iv heard that. You guys live off the heat generated from being so manly right?
Czar Garrett - August 31, 2007 01:50 PM (GMT)
It was fairly cool for a while by me.
Now its getting back up to the high 80s/low 90's.
I prefer it sub 50.

Pretty much the same in ireland. Scottish and irish weather sucks.
Lyonheart - August 31, 2007 02:23 PM (GMT)
Chicago had one last week, but it's starting to become nice out, now. It was really humid; maybe even worse than the heat.

Holybandit - August 31, 2007 03:12 PM (GMT)
Sometimes I feel like throwing a ice cube at the son, just to piss it off.
Esau of Isaac - August 31, 2007 06:24 PM (GMT)
You think you have it bad? Every day it gets well over a hundred degrees here, and we don't get to have air conditioning.
I'm baking, here. I want to go running, but in this heat? Pffft, I'm not going to go out and get a heat stroke!
Sir Aurelius IV - August 31, 2007 06:55 PM (GMT)
Ah, a fellow sun hater. Join the club. We have shade....
Stefan Uros VI - August 31, 2007 07:05 PM (GMT)
It can go up to 45 here. <_<
