The newly formed Sibrinsk has finally pulled itself from the dredges of being a mere outpost to a fully-fledged nation ready to join the world arena. Beginning in the oil and coal-rich wastes of Siberia, it was originally subject to many deaths in the name of Sibrinsk, from both the biting cold and lack of food.
