Title: What battle type do you attack with?

I always use Planned, I've never seen any tut's on which attack is best for what but what battle type do you use? :J

that entirely depends on:
A) the battle itself (enemy forces/own forces/battle chances)
B) the purpose of the battle (looting or anarchying)
C) the number of offensive wars (will you need survived troops for other attacks?)
... so, you no attack type is "always right".

I voted for all.
I use them depending the chances of victory. However I use cautious and aggressive mostly :D.

What does each attack do like to troops and stuff, is there any guide with the type of attacks and their effectiveness? Cause I'd like to know what im doing in war <doh>

Same. Except I tend to use standard most of the time.

there are a lot of guides around for managing the war-& battle system efficiently, i suggest you join an alliance to get one and/or find our yourself by "try and error" :)

depends which victory % there are, usual I go for planed first and aggressive second

yes, I use all of them, but I have noticed that a planned attack followed by an aggressive attack does pretty good damage.
You do know that you should use your Airplanes and Cruise Missiles before your ground attacks right? I believe that doing that first increases your odds for your ground attacks. (This is what I have heard anyway. Please correct me if I am wrong.)

I voted for all of them because I do, in fact, use all of them. It depends on CoV and the purpose of the attack (Anarchy vs. Tech Raid vs. general attacks).

For tech raiding, I would have to go with (a lot of troops) and aggressive attack.

I use all except for standard, and planned very rarely. Cautious is the one i find myself using most often though.

Cautious or planned. Use them quite alot. Although, i voted for cautious for this poll. I was too quick to think, i just go too excited. :(
