I was 3 days inactive (vacation)... so today I got on and i collected taxes and paid bills... then I went to aid someone some money, and I got an error "You must pay your bills before sending foreign aid."

I accepted 50 tech from someone... 5 minutes ago.


EDIT: Must have been latency or something <doh> ... it just went through :J

... took a good 30 minutes though...
