Ambassadors will be granted a Level Four diplomatic immunity, which gives them the right to be tried in their own country or by an international panel should they be caught or found responsible for most crimes (this does not apply to arson, murder, etc.), and also be allowed to roam the city of Kunsan or, with a travel permit, the entirety of Shilla (including holdings in Japan).
