In a recent interview with our beloved Emperor, party officials were suprised to discover a Thanatosian top 10 most wanted list. While the Thanatosian special services have not disclosed the full list, they did disclose the top person on the list. In a startling revelation, the top person was Madmagatar, who is currently in peace mode as a member of The Federation of Armed Nations. While spokespeople chose not to discuss why Madmagatar was considered public enemy #1, they were very candid in noting that the Emperor is personally offering a fee of 6 million+50 tech for the ZI of Madmatagar. Senior officials close to the Emperor went further in saying that should the rogue be nuked 5 times or more, an additional 50 tech would be added to the fee.
