I didn't see the point in having two threads to do this, and since I set up an alliance info database for the wiki, I figured I'd just format the output to the forums. I just combed through and made sure all the info on the forum and IRC thread is in here, but there is also quite a bit that's in neither of those.

Alliances are sorted by color, then by sanctioned or not, then alphabetically.

All IRC chanels are on the esper.net server unless otherwise noted.
