Apparently under some conditions it's possible to move while blunted by spamming the arrow keys. You're still blind and your eyes are still closed, but you can walk.

Maybe it's caused by being blunted while already blunted, but I'm not sure.

that happened to me. when i got blunted and killed off my character was able to fly over everything.
