Other than that one horizontal road that just ends, none of this looks very complicated. First, the road splits into 3 separate routes, one continuing forward, on turning off to the right, and one turning sharply to the left. On the continued portion, there's an exit or you can keep going straight. On the portion that goes right there's a merge with the exit (which is stupidly redundant, but hey). On the right, the roads splits into two routes. No matter which way you go, you'll never have to make more than 2 decisions.
Other than the one that just collides with the main road I guess. That's probably a bridge or something that goes over, and is totally unrelated to the other section.
