Everyone says he is spamming the forums and I have seen him spam the shoutbox. I don't know how old he is but he can't speak/type very well. So?


EDIT: I'm not gonna vote because I'm not 100% sure what he is really doing that really wrong but I know he spams shoutbox and speaks horribly.

1) This should not be in complaints.
2) Someone with 19 posts doesn't need to be starting votes.

You made the poll wrong, you could vote yes and no. These things are sorted out by the staff, don't worry about it.
