It's a small restaurant that serves good old fashioned B, L, and D, with all your favorites just like momma used to make (like, back in the 40s).

[Alexa Davies]

Alexa and Tyler had gone out to eat at the diner. They were sitting at a booth right now with their desserts since they had already eaten their meals. "I think they have the best pie of... anywhere." She decided.

[Tyler Stone]

"I'm more of a cake guy," Tyler said as he watched Alexa eat her pie. He ended up just ordering a milkshake for dessert instead.

[Alexa Davies]

"Cake's okay. Pie's better though." Alexa told him with a nod. "Wanna try a bite?" She offered, holding up her fork with a little bit of pie on it.

[Tyler Stone]

"Yeah," Tyler said, leaning over the table and eating the bite from the fork. "Good," he said after tasting it. "But not as good as this," he said, holding up his shake, offering some to Alexa.

[Alexa Davies]

Alexa leaned over the table and sipped some of the milkshake through the straw. "Yeah, that's good too." She agreed. "But pie's still better."

[Tyler Stone]

"Wrong," Tyler said. "And you're supposed to be the smart one..."

[Alexa Davies]

"Haha." Alexa rolled her eyes, but then actually laughed. She finished off her pie. "I'll be right back. She stood up, gave him a kiss on the cheek, then wandered off to the restroom.

[Tyler Stone]

While Tyler was gone, Alexa's cell phone rang, and he answered it, planning on taking a message for Alexa. The message he got was from the traveling theater. He did not like what he heard.

[Alexa Davies]

Alexa came back and sat down. "Okay, so do you think we should continue our date somewhere fun or do your favorite pasttime and go back to the hotel to make out?" She laughed.

[Tyler Stone]

Tyler didn't bother answering her question. "The traveling theater thing called you," he said. "They seemed bummed you turned them down."

[Alexa Davies]

Alexa eyed her cellphone lying on the table for a moment and tried to think of something to say. "Oh, uh, they must've been confused." She said and looked up at him again. "They found someone better..."

[Tyler Stone]

"No they didn't," Tyler said. "You turned them down. And lied about it."

[Alexa Davies]

Alexa sighed. Okay, so he didn't believe her. Now she could only think of one other thing to say... "Why were you answering my phone? I don't answer your phone."

[Tyler Stone]

"You were gone," Tyler said. "I was just gonna take a message for you," he defended himself.
