3. THE SIDEKICK SYSTEM

It's kind of tough to get into our community at first for some people, so why not help ease them into our community? I'm suggesting that every new member we get, we have an experienced member help them for a period of time so they would feel comfortable situated in our place. This could either be helping them find topics, or making topics for them to get started on. So once they're cool and groovy, they can return the favor and help other new people. Thus not only do we get really close rp buddies, we get more activity going too biggrin.gif. What do you guys think?

I'm on board with the idea. It sounds kind of like a big brother/sister sort of thing until people get settled. It might be fun to match up newer players' characters with older players' characters that might have some connection or something, to start them off. But that wouldn't be necessary, just an idea.

I support this completely, especially to people who simply aren't sure where to start. Newer RPers and veteran RPers new to the site alike would all benefit from the sidekick system.

I completely agree, it's a great idea. I can say from past experiences I would have loved something like that.
