Completely fill in this form the best you can to be accepted as soon as possible.
All characters will start out as going to the camp for the first time because that gives a realistic way of them meeting people. If you've been at the camp for a year or more already you will have made friends and since new characters don't, they will all be there for the first time.

Because of this rule, to keep it realistic new campers can be no older than 16 years. Younger is not a problem, of course.
