Whitnee had nothing to do, as per usual. She didn;t feel like doing anything, but then again, this boredom was about to take her over, and that wasn't an option. She decided that she had to do something or another, and so she retrieved her iPod and switched to a Panic! At The Disco song as she strolled away from the cabin, leaving the door wide open, and heading towards the lava climbing wall, a place she hadn't really went to. Sure, she had seen it and passed it and maybe marvled at it once or twice (it was quite an amazing structure, if youasked her), but that was her extent of associations with the wall. She wanted to climb it. She had wanted to climb it for a very long time. Whitnee just hadn't been very sure wether she was ready or not.
Now she knew. She had discovered that arrows were her weapon, and now that she had that obstacle down, she was ready for anything else, and it was set firm in her mind that climbing the wall was the next step to the whole becoming a demigod warrior not going to die thing. She was going to climb the wall.
Finally she arrived at the large rocky structure. She took a few paces around it, studying it, deciding where to start on her very long and treacherous, daring climb. It was going to be a very noble little climb. The wall was taller than her, much taller, and Whitnee considered herself to be very tall. Molten rock flowed from various crevices down the grey stone structure in the exact same color as her long, ginger hair. She immediatley loved it. With a pretend sigh, she stepped up to the wall and stuck her foot in the appropriate spot and reached her hands for the rocks jutting out right in her reach, beginning the ascent upwards.

Grace stared at her boots. She really wanted to do something that would make the most of them. Yes, running around and doing general athletic stuff in them was always good but she never really did anything like hiking or rock climbing which were what these boots were made for. So she pondered what to do. She thought maybe there was a climbing wall, she had heard something along those lines from someone or other and she could do a little climbing right now. So Grace began running around to find where said climbing wall was. As she approached the climbing wall, Grace was a little surprised to see, above all, lava. It did add a boomingly cool danger effect to it but it was very shocking for Grace, she needed to learn not to expect the norm around. While Grace was preparing herself to begin climbing this monster of a climbing wall she spotted a girl on the wall already. Seeing the girl made her rush her preparation, she wanted to chat as chatting was always fun and the girl looked unfamiliar so their chat would be even funner. So Grace began her climb to the top. "Hi." Grace said as she reached the girl, she was taller than the girl and with her booming boots it didn't take very long for her to catch up - especially because she was trying very hard to reach her. Whitnee reached up to pull herself higher ion the rock wall, whenever a gush of lava burst right above the rock she was reaching for. Out of pure shock, Whitnee jumped off of the wall and fell backwards, hitting down on the ground hard. With a slight groan of pain, she straightened herself up. Sitting there in front of the lava wall, she made a quick assesment of her body to make sure everything was still there and nothing was broken. Shaking her arms, she realized they were, indeed, sore, but no worse than a little bruised. Her palms had small cuts in them from where she tried to catch herself. She was fine. Mostly, she was happy there had been no one around to see her fall like that.
Or had there? Just as she was pulling herself onto her feet, using the lava wall for support, she remembered hearing someone greet her while she had still been on the wall. Looking up, she saw a Hephaestus girl who actually seemed to be taller than her. This was extremely unusual, considering she was considered quite tall for a girl her age. Maybe this girl was tall for her age and older than her. Whitnee nodded her head to no one as she decided that that was, indeed, the case.
Then she realized the girl probably expected her to talk. "Oh, hi, er..." Whitnee scanned her memory for a name to match the face, but nothing came up. Whoops. Maybe the girl would introduce herself. Maybe she was one of those people that didn't want to and only did if they felt inclined to. Maybe she would feel inclined to if Whitnee introduced herself. So she did. "I'm Whitnee. Morgan," she added. She disliked not knowing people's last names. Why, she had no idea. She just did.

As Grace reached the girl she fell off the wall. Luckily, the girl seemed okay so Grace didn't react as she normally would have (which probably would have included dropping down and checking the girl and helping her up). Grace hoped that if she was going to fall off the wall, she would do as the girl did and fall early instead of falling off right at the top - now that would hurt.
"Hi Whitnee," Grace said "I'm Grace Drinkwater, nice to meet you." Grace would have waved or done something else with her hands to greet Whitnee, but obviously she couldn't as she was holding onto to the lava wall so instead Grace just did a friendly smile - it was all she could do.
Grace tried to think of who Whitnee's god parent was, upon lots of thought, Grace came to the conclusion it was Hermes... or was it Demeter? no, it was Hermes... or was it? No, it was definitely Hermes... probably.
