Helloooo everyone!

So as you may or may not have already heard we have purchased a domain for Children of Olympus. This means that coming Monday the 16th of April, we will all move!
Now, this is quite a bit of work for all of us and to make it as smooth as possible, there's a couple of things that I will explain to you.

The very first and most important thing is that you can only sign up with an email address once. This means that if you have multiple characters you will need to reregister them with different email addresses.

The second thing is that yes, you will all have to sign up your own characters again. We simply have too many characters for the staff to do this, but no worries, your claims are all still in place.

However: Your applications and member groups will be gone so we will all need you to edit your character sheets to reflect your current year and character age/model and repost them on the new forum so we can sort you into the right groups.

That's as far as characters go.

Now, you might be wondering what will happen to your threads.
We advice you to not start any more new threads until the new forum is up because this is what's going to happen:

You will be allowed to finish your old threads on the old forum within a reasonable time frame. (Say two weeks)
Any new topics can then be started on the new forum.
When the old forum has all threads locked, it will be put in read-only mode and a link to it will be included in the FAQ.
We will manually add up your new post count and the last post count you have on the old forum and enter them on your profile so you will have the same post count as you would have had when you started the new threads on the old forum.

And if you notice anything that you can't do on the new forum that you should have been able to do on the old forum let me know so I can fix it for you! A technical difficulties thread will be set up for this.

Heeey guys! In a week (on the 29th of April) we're definitely moving, putting the board in read-only mode, and switching all of your post count.

If you haven't switched your character before that time, you will lose all your claims. Thank you.
