First of all.. You will have to sign into Chibi Tenshi in order to see all the topics and posts available in CT..

The following is the rules for Chibi Tenshi.. Please read them carefully.. Ignoring these rules will get you being warning, having a temporary ban, or permanent ban, depending on how serious the offence is..

1. Spamming :: Users cannot spam anywhere on the board except the indicated place..

2. Manners and Languages :: Users must have proper manners and language on the board.. The use of vulgar language and poor manners are not allowed anywhere on the boards..

3. Vulgar Images :: Images that are vulgar or pornographic are strictly prohibited from the board’s forums, signatures and avatars.. Using such material will get you banned.. Users on this board are of all ages and therefore any pictures that are outside of rules will be deleted..

4. Advertising :: Advertising is prohibited on this board.. Any advertisements will be deleted and will get you banned for a period of time.. There are some exceptions to advertising and that is in signatures..

5. Stay On Topic :: Do not go off topic.. Threads that go off topic will be deleted..

6. Hacking :: HAcking into other people’s accounts is strictly prohibited.. This is a very serious offence and all of your accounts will be deleted and your IP address will be blocked from the boards.. *Unless you have the permission of the person that the account belongs to.. Which I think should not be possible..*

7. Acting :: Acting as a moderator, super moderator, or administrator and telling other members what to do, telling people they will be banned, etc.. This will not be tolerated on the FFR forums and you will be issued a ban..

8. Posing :: Posing as a moderator, super moderator, or adminstator is strictly prohibited.. This means putting text in signatures and avatars that contain word such as moderator, staff, admin, etc..

9. PM Abuse :: PM or private message, is for friendly discussions between members.. Abusing this is strictly prohibited.. That means advertising, illegal discussions, spam, and any other messages that is out of the PM rules are strictly prohibited and this will result in being banned from the board..

Private Messaging Rules::

All forum rules apply to the PM system. Spam, advertising, etc.. should be reported to administration.. If you are found guilty of misusing the PM system, your account will be ban for a period of time or permanently depending on the offence.. Bulk PMing is also prohibited.. Sending the same message to everyone on the board like advertisements is against the rules and you will lose posting priviledge..
