ok i know it sounds weird but it was the quickest and fastest healing tec ive ever done...

1) Do the necessary work to go astral ( i call it ghosting by the way )

2) ghost to the side of you material body

3) picture a display of your body... kinda like in Iron Man when he was on the computer with a 3D display

4) send a small energy ball from your toes to your head and color it ( i like white ) and see if it slows some where, stops, leaks out, and then you can preform maintenance on your self or some one else in full detail.

if you want to check for many things you can use different colors, any thing that you will know the difference.

Nice tech there. It is very effective. In fact, if you are going to do any healing work on yourself, the best place to do it from is outside your body. Well done on the tech again.
