Title: Here have another

This is one of the examples that my paster gave in his sermon and I liked the analogy so much I am posting it.

A little girl once asked her mom, "How big is God?" The mother thought for a moment and then answered as so, "God is huge, so big that he can be everywhere at once." The little girl looked at her mother, puzzled then said, "If God is so big, and He's inside my heart, wouldn't he be leaking out?"

The girl has a good point, we should show God's awsome might through ourselves and we should be filled with him that he comes leaking out of us through scripture and word of mouth.

man, I'm starting to sound like leviticus

A Presbytartian Amen is in order... AMEN!!!

God commaded us to do so as well, 2 Timothy 1:8 says " So do not be ashamed to testify about our Lord," serves as a good analogy to a command that is often over looked because of embarrassment or fear of harrasment...

Can you be Jesus with skin on?

Crimson_cup - July 4, 2007 01:02 PM (GMT)
Religion should always be popular, remember those cheesey posters they have in school "what's right isn't always popular, and whats popular isn't always right." well religion is popular and right at the same time.
