Imperial report:-
An Imperial Guard force led by Commissar Yeltsev has reported seeing a host of alien machines appearing on the Ocean Planet Daedelus Prime in the Raminin System. All contact had been lost to the Commissar's scouting parties and he has feared the worst, so he has concluded that a full retreat of his division must happen before there are more losses. The only contact with these aliens has been one sentence - "Ramses has risen, Resistance is futile, you will be assimilated!" More to follow....... |

Phaeron Ramses II arose from his slumber, as he awoke he heard the rest of his army waking at the same time. Just as he was downloading the massive information being sent to him on what he missed while in slumber. A cryptek came rushing in to inform him that their were invades on his planet. All Ramses said was BRING ME MY COMMAND BARGE!
My first 500pts:- HQ:- Phaeron Ramses II (Necron Overlord) - Warsythe, Tesseract Labyarinthe, Catacomb Command Barge - Tesla Cannon - 200 Troops:- 5 Necron Immortals - Tesla Carbines - 85 5 Necron Immortals - Tesla Carbines - 85 Fast Attack:- 3 Canotepek Wraiths - 1x Whip Coil, 1x T.Beamer, 1x with nothing - 130 Total:- 500pts Hope thats right, not much to paint for first month not bad, just like painting Ogres. |

seems like a good list that, bar one exception why on earth would you put a transdimensional beamer on a wraith>? it is a heavy weapon - eek.
If you want to wound allocate then put a particle caster on one model instead and save 10 points. Good ol command barge, though would be tempted to give the lord mindschackle scrabs instead of tesserect labyrinth, perfect for killing off all those pesky flying hive tyrants (or getting them to kill themselves that is) umm Tesla vs Plague Marines this could get interesting!  --------------------  |

I'm back!
After missing the first month I shall be hopefully entering at 1000pts. Phaeron Rameses alarm clock forgot to go off and he missed the first battle. There has also been a slight change to the list from my original 500pt list, so without further ado my 1000pts. (I hope its right, correct me if wrong, its been a long long time) HQ's:- Anrakyr the Traveller - 165pts Vargard Obyron - 160pts Elites- 5 Deathmarks - 95pts 5 Triarch Pretorians - Particle Casters and Voidblades - 200pts Troops:- 5 Pyrrhian Eternals - Gauss Blasters, Furious charge, Counter Attack - 85pts 5 Immortals - Tesla carbines - 85pts Fast Attack:- 3 Canoptek Wraiths - 1x Whip Coils, 2x Particle caster's - 125pts Heavy Support:- 1 Annihilation Barge - twin linked tesla destructor, Tesla Cannon - 90pts Total:- 1005pts Only 26 models to paint, should be easy to paint  |

Right, first unit of my new Necrons army has been completed. So i thought i would put up a picture. They took abit longer than i was expecting but I think they look good and different from most Necrons i've seen.
5 Deathmarks - (Vargard Obyron's Personal Bodyguard)  Hope you like them, more up later and only 21 models to go. |

Just a quick update, due to a problem with a new internet browser on the home computer, I am unable to post any new stuff or upload my pictures for some reason. So i am doing everything via my DS, very annoying.
As for the necrons, i've finished the Pyrrhian Eternals and Obyron and nearly done the Praetorians. Hopefully pictures up soon. James. |

Right, after a good game last time i thought i would show my next 500pts for august, whether or not they will all get painted will depend on my new project i'm starting in the next couple of weeks.
My next 500pts:- Royal Court for Anrakyr:- Cryptek - Staff of Light, Veil of Darkness Necron Lord - Warscythe, Sempiternal Weave Troops:- 5x Pyrrhian Eternals - Gauss Blasters (add to unit to make 10 strong) Elites:- 5x Lychguard - Hypherphase Swords, Dispersion shields Heavy Support:- Annihilation Barge Hopefully get them all done by september. |
