Oh, you don't get to see it. . .
I don't make stuff from nothing you know? =P
And designing is just a tad too much to work on doing alone.
I leave the major part designing to you guys and I'll see if it's workable.

[hide=Pointless Misconception Rant]Dude, if you leave it to us I'm sticking with what I already got us T_T
Note: none of us can actually code so we can't do anything ^^; Hence apparantly why GFF contacted you.

p.s: BUNNI GRUMPY[/hide]

EDIT: PLEASE ignore my earlier stupid post ^^;
I misread your last reply entirely ridiculously and thought you said you wouldn't help us without payment XD ('something FOR nothing' rather than 'something FROM nothing') Grump averted ^^;
Ok sure, we can help with ideas! biggrin.gif
Personally I don't have any myself as I picked out this skin as something I thought would fit Byako. Hms.. well we need something with greens- LOTS OF GREENS- and a fairly light post background to contrast it otherwise it'll be an eyesore to read.
Oh, and do you know how to make stuff like 'New Reply' buttons and emoticons? (We need Jasae heads XD)

Sample:
[HIDE=waffles]Are awesome[/HIDE]

@Bunni89:
LOL
Hahah. yup - no work, no pay! =P I'll take pineapples and that other money you have here. =3
xDDD
And you handling the buttons would be nice. Custom buttons all the way!
Buttons can be made with .PNGs and .JPGs, but they need to have three states - normal (normal), hover (when the mouse goes over it) and pressed (when mouse clicks on it).

When I said designing earlier, I really meant mock-ups. =3 And that's probably one of the harder problems we need to deal with. Next would be resources like the buttons you will be doing. =P

@Jasae:
Isn't that made with the [ hide ] code?

Oh, guys, any idea how you'd know you got replies here - without subscribing, or refreshing the forum continuously?

well i believe theres a profile setting so you get emails or pm's (i cant recall which) when someone responds to a topic you have either posted in or created (i cannot recall which)
though i prefer refreshing the forum personally ^^; do you have a better idea concerning that?

@GFF: Nope, but so far, you've proven that the email thing works if you track this topic. It sends the notice a bit late though.

Okies, thanks for the confirmation on hwo to do buttons! Do they have to be the same size as the ones we have now to work?
Also they don't do anything on hover over at the moment so I'm not sure, we migth need your help coding that..

And at GFF: what do you want for buttons? :3

and not really ^^;
i noticed the icon to the left of a subforum becomes solid when someone responds to it withi na set period of time

Yeah but that wasn't what I was talking about ^^; He's on about things changing on mouseover and I was talking about the reply buttons tongue.gif
Forum icons themselves have different versions for new posts/no new posts, forum locked etc..

And really could you give me a vague idea? I wanna match em up to the ineviatble theme.

@Bunni
I haven't really seen how those forum buttons you are talking about. The buttons I see here are the ones with the blue, plasticky theme.

And no, they don't have to be of the same size.
