Area Name The land of Bath
Controlled by: Jarians
Flavor Text: Long long ago...
Two great civilizations were at war. One was a country of unparalleled science who had mastered space travel and wonders beyond imagination.
The other was a country of endless magic who possessed magic beyond the living realm and had power and control over forces beyond comprehension.
For reasons lost to time, these countries warred with one another using weapons of unlimited destructive might which shattered the sky and blotted out the earth, causing great devastation.
In the end both sides were annihilated by those devastating forces they unleashed... But their weapons lived on.
Thousands of years passed and people began to repopulate this region. Taking the strange sights and unusual landmarks as just another natural phenomenon. Unaware of what lied buried...waiting within this place.
Sometimes people in the villages within this region would find themselves...changed. Turned into something different.
The cause was those weapons left behind by the long dead civilizations. Creations of magic and technology which were advanced, dangerous and survived long after their creators were but distant memories.
These weapons were continuing their long ago goal of destroying the enemy. and interpreting for themselves who that enemy was.
Before long the Jarians might have left the city to deal with this crisis once rumor of it came their way.
But as odd fate would have it Byako intervened.
For good or for ill the entire region was transplanted into Byako.
Upon discovering the dangers ripe within this region the Jarians had the land walled off from the rest of Byako to keep the weapons from causing undue damage to the rest of the city and constructed a fortress within the land which sat upon a potent hot spring in the center of the wide plain and upon a large node of 'natural energy' which one of the members referred to as a ley line node.
With the land surrounded and their fortress placed, the Jarians would do their best to suppress these weapons before they brought an end to yet another civilization.
Description:A large land spanning tens of miles and surrounded by a high wall of Jarian design. The only access into this region is a gate which is manned by constructs of living earth not to keep people from entering but to keep dangerous creations from escaping...
A wall that sealed it off from the outside world of the city and
The gate opened on to a vast grassy plain which continued straight on a ways despite encroaching forest on either side of it. At the center of this plain lie a large building of an eastern design with a single tower that went an additional five floors up.
Climbing to the top of this tower and you could see this entire region.
The vastness plains A grassland which had very little to offer in the way of cover and layer of bedrock just a few feet down. It is because of these features that the Jarians found it to be the ideal site for their outpost.
Kuro Forest Miles of dense forest that is enshrouded in a constant fog. This forest is rumored to be filled with many of the mysterious monstrous weapons that plague the local inhabitants and threaten to cause chaos in the city. Some believe the forest itself is a remnant from that long ago war...
Regardless of which is true, the forest is filled countless dangers and those who dare to venture into this dark place are changed forever...
The Swamplands After the Great War, much of the landscaped had changed. The deadly swamps are no exception. A thin layer of fog often settles the area adding to the mysterious air surrounding the place. Legends say that rich treasures are hidden, in this wet, humid environment. Though most people who enter the deeper part of the swamp are never heard from again. Its said that this place is haunted by demons, monsters, and other things that just have no name, for none have come back to describe them.
Tour'ran Mountains Off in the distance stand the snow capped peaks of the Tour'ran mountain range. Stretching for hundreds of miles in the distance, these behemoths of solid rock are even more forbidden and isolated that the dark depths of Kuro Forest. Steep cliff and heavy snowfall make travel to these heights near to impossible. It is said that a ancient power resides deep within the age old mountains. A power that remains hidden; buried in the dust of time till this day.
If you venture to far into these mountains you will wind up back in the world this region was pulled from.
Glass Plains A remnant of that long ago war. The glass plains is a number of large fields spanning miles which were somehow turned into solid crystal that cannot be approached by the unwary without being rendered blind from the reflection of light during the day.
Sources report strange movement in the area.
Oaten VillageA village not far from the Jarian's outpost.
A primitive village with buildings constructed from wood and stone. The people here lead basic lives as craftsmen, farmers and hunters. Trying to eek out a living despite the weapons that threaten them.
Children born in this region exhibit strange behavior, changed by something in the land itself. Some of these are mysteriously drawn into the wild, returning with strange mysterious abilities and acting like an entirety different person.
Obsidian LakeA few miles South Southwest of Oaten village lies a large body of water stretching for two miles in all directions known as Obsidian Lake. Though it all actuality not a true lake but a water filled crater. It get its name sake due to the fact the entire crater wall seems to be made up of polished obsidian. Don't let the crystal clear waters fool you. It said this lake is home to a powerful monster that has claimed the lives of many careless villagers.
Lost TownA dark and mysterious town that was lost years ago...How it happened or what caused it is a complete mystery. One day a bustling villiage of people disappeared to the last woman, child and animal.
The wildlife wont go near it and none of the buildings show any signs of aging ever since the disappearance. People avoid it out of fear. Frightened that whatever effected the lost town would get them next.
Jarian OutpostModeled after an eastern design and cast out of iron and crystal. The Jarian outpost is surrounded by a fort wall. The Jarian outpost is made up of three separate buildings
The center building was two stories high and reinforced with concrete and steel and made to serve as a headquarters for the Jarians in the region. It had an underground vault for storing weapons until they could be moved to the base, quarters for members who were stationed in the area and empty rooms for future development.

The building had four floors total and looked more like of a resort than a fortress.
The third building was much smaller than the others and had no use at present save for a high tower that could be used to look out at the surrounding region.
Beyond these areas there are other smaller villages and dangerous regions of the vast land. Places where weapons of unbelievable imagining may lie in wait...
