I bought Metroid 2 used at a Rhino games when it was still open, and was enjoying the heck out of it until I realized it had already been beaten. It had no "Start New Game" function, and whoever had it first had already killed all the bosses. All I had left for me was a gigantic maze full of little ninnies and some old Metroid husks. (When I say enjoying the heck out of it, I am talking about the first five minutes. The next five hours was hell) How can I actually play this game? Was that just a messed up game cartridge, or is that how the game really is? If it was just the game cartridge I had then, I'm thinking about going out to buy a new one. You can never get too much of the side scrolling goodness. :D

Ah.
If you push select you can switch between the three different files. I believe pushing B will bring up a delete file option, but I forget. But there is a way to erase the files. |

Oh... that means my cartridge is messed up. I think it's been sharked or something, because those don't work. It automatically loads to the last savepoint from startup. I guess I need to get myself a new cartridge.
Thanks for the help. |

Huh, that is odd. Best of luck with your search though.
