Levi smiled as she approached the lake, what was she going to do here today. Well, she didn't even know the answer to that, she just had to get away from the city for a bit, maybe train herself in her electric ways. She sighed and walked to the lake, taking off her gun's holster and placing it at the edge of the lake. Maybe she would eventually mod it into a gun blade? That could be fun, a little extra fun with close quarters combat. But then again it may just make her more of a target to get into fights. Oh well.

She smiled and held up her hand, forming a quick sphere of lighting in it. Simple yet effective attack form, it didn't really take a very big sphere to incapacitate, or even kill a grown man. It was still a fun and flashy move to use. She smiled and wrapped the lighting along her right arm, laughing lightly as it tickled her skin.

"Oh how I love being able to do this!"

Dallas sighed as she fought yet another bush for possession of her hair. She winced as a few pieces were pulled out as she finally untangled herself. She smoothed out her skirt some and tried to pretend like she hadn't just fought against the foliage on the side of the hiking trail.
Her true goal had been to visit the lake on one of her rare days off from the asylum. However she had gotten sidetracked by the different flowers growing beside the trail. So of course she had to wander off the actual trail and go examine them. Her only problem was that they were farther off the trail than they seemed.
Still, she was still smiling and content by the time she reached the shore of the lake, flowers in hand. She stopped short as she noticed someone else standing on the shore. "Hello?" She called out to the figure as she moved closer.

Levina spu on her heels, her arm raised as the air crackled with the energy of the electricity on her arm spiked to a deadly level. She blinked. A child? Why was there a child here? This girl looked young, barely sixteen. Levi shook her head and lowered her arm, allowing the energy built up around her arm dissipate. She slowly looked the girl over, this was an interesting encounter. She hadn't expected anyone to be here at this time of day.

"Umm...hello? Who are you if you don't mind me asking."

Dallas stepped back a step as the figure, a woman with pink hair, turned to face her. The woman's arm was raised and... was that lightning on her arm? Dallas felt much safer when the woman lowered her arm, although she was still thinking about the sight.
"My name's Dallas. Dallas Akasha." Now that the woman didn't appear to be preparing to hit her with a jolt of lightning, Dallas stepped a bit closer. "What's your name?" She asked with the slightest of smiles.

"I am Levina Amaya. Don't worry, I would never hurt a child." She stated, turning back to the lake, crossing her arms. Who was this kid and why were they here. Would they turn her into the SR? That would leave her a fugitive, though it would result in some pretty epic battles full of adrenaline. That could be fun. But then again would they even bother considering her powers were now fully fledged and under control?

"What you just saw, don't report it to Scarlet Rose, I would rather stay out of that hell hole then get sucked into whatever it is that they are doing in there. You got that? If not then there will be a lot of unnecessary killing done by me. I will fight to stay out of that place." She turned to look at the girl, hoping she got her point across.

Dallas blinked at Levina's offhanded comment. She wasn't sure if the woman had meant for it to sound the way Dallas thought of it: that she wouldn't hurt a child but wouldn't object to hurting adults. Dallas decided to give Levina the benefit of the doubt.
As Levina turned to the lake, Dallas stepped up to the bank. The lake really was nice, clear and still as she looked across it. She tilted her head towards Levina as the woman began talking again.
She shook her head violently at the accusation that she would turn Levina in to Scarlet Rose. "I wouldn't dare. I promise." She wrinkled her nose at how childish she sounded. It was the truth of course, she wouldn't tell a soul, but she could use her words more eloquently. "I work there, and it's... awful. The patients there are so sad."
At this she plopped herself down on the shore of the lake, careful not to spread her legs too far and flash her underwear. "There's probably a rule that I should, but... I can't."

"That's good, I do want to help the people trapped int here eventually though. I will help them. I just need more strength...." She shook her head and turned towards the girl, and looked at her for a moment before turning and picking her gun back up and buckling it back around her waist. "You work there and you don't like what is going on in there? Well, I guess that's a good sign for us rebels."

She knelt down and ran her hand through the water before washing her face off. Levina then went about tying her bright pink hair up to keep it out of her face. "I trust you so you can stick around a little longer if you like. If any doctors don't like what they are doing in there just tell them to come out here every once in a while, it's quite refreshing." She turned and smiled gently at Dallas.

"Oh, by the way, there are those who have given me a quite fitting nickname. It's Lighting, if you ever talk about me outside of here call me by that name, I don't need people finding out who I really am. That may just blow my cover that I've established."

Dallas nodded slowly as Levina talked. "I wish I could do more with my position, but...I'm just a nurse; they don't tell me much of anything." She gave a small sigh at this, hating her job for once.
She watched as Levina put her gun on, wondering what exactly the woman thought she needed a gun for. Dallas supposed that the woman just wanted to be able to protect herself; a way to fight back and defend.
She smiled gently as Levina mentioned trusting her. That was good, she wanted to prevent people from going to Scarlet Rose unless absolutely necessary, even though it was very likely against the law.
"Lightning..." Dallas mused, a grin growing on her face. "It fits. I won't blow your cover. Your mission is very noble. It makes me wish I could help the patients inside Scarlet Rose. Or help them more at any rate."

As Dallas talked Levina spun a small orb of lighting in the palm of her hand. She would help more if she could? Maybe the rebels...no, not even Levina with her electric ways would use a young girl to the advantage of the rebels. She sighed and shook her head lightly, wondering what exactly she could do. She sent the orb straight up, watching as it suddenly crackled and sent a bolt straight to the ground next to her, starting up a small fire.

She quickly put it out. "You could help some....I know people who could use what information you have to our advantage but it goes against my morals to use someone so young for a spy...."

Dallas' eyes didn't miss the display of lightning Levina gave off as Dallas spoke. It really was amazing how people with the virus could seem so powerful and perfectly normal.
Dallas had grown up being taught that those affected by the virus needed the asylum to make them better. But here was Levina, carrier of he virus and yet perfectly fine, unlike those inside the walls of Scarlet Rose. Perhaps Levina was simply different, but Dallas knew Scarlet Rose wasn't what it seemed.
She jumped when Levina accidentally set the ground on fire. She ignored the fire once Levina started talking, immediately latching on to the idea. "I'd do it. I know I seem too young for it, but isn't that just another reason that you'd want me to help? No one would suspect. I'd keep it quiet. I promise!"
That phrase again... I promise. It sounded so childish to Dallas and she hated it. And yet how else was she supposed to earn more of Levina's trust. She wanted to help people with the virus; people she had been told were dirty and sick and below her. She didn't get why they were so ostracized when they were clearly people too.

"This is true, but I don't find it right personally to do this with a girl as young as yourself. If you're willing though then consider yourself a spy for the rebels." She smiled lightly and nodded, accepting the fate that the girl had sealed for herself. This was turning out to be an interesting encounter. She had an idea but that idea she had would have to wait. Levi wasn't quite ready to infiltrate Scarlet Rose Asylum yet.

"I do have one more request, if I ever ask you to reveal me to the authorities do so. I want to see first hand what is going on in there but it's not really time for that just yet."

Dallas nodded enthusiastically to Levina's acceptance of her help. Maybe she could actually help the patients of Scarlet Rose --and those affected by the virus-- instead of feeling so useless at her job. She was going to learn as much as she could and try to understand what exactly was going on at the asylum. They wouldn't tell her directly of course, but maybe she could find out something that would help.
Dallas blinked at Levina's second statement. She had plans to get caught some day? She understood where the woman was coming from, but it just seemed strange to her. "You would just give yourself up like that? I mean...it's very noble, but..." Dallas trailed off and shook her head. "I'll do it though. Because you asked."

"Don't worry, I know I would be able to break back out before they do anything." Lavina stated, forming a 'gauntlet' of electricity around her wrist. She smiled and sent the bolt straight up into the air. She looked back down at Dallas and smiled lightly.

"I know someone who actually managed to break out a while ago. He actually said he will help me get out."

Dallas felt her mouth drop slightly at Levina's statement. She supposed that she should have expected there to be a few escapees, but to be so... completely sure about breaking out was strange. She wasn't quite sure what to make of it.
"That's... that's good I guess," she mumbled out, still trying to wrap her head around the idea. "It must be comforting to know that you don't have to worry about that I guess..." Dallas let her focus trail off and instead watched Levina's show of lightning.

Zevina smiled and shifted her wieght, looking at the younger girl. "What are you doing out here anyways?" She asked, cocking her head to the side. It wasn't unusual to see people out here but it was unusual to see a nurse out here. Usually they stayed in town or stuck around Scarlet Rose. It was different to see anyone that worked at Scarlet Rose, especially with an assassin living out here.

"You do know there is danger out here for people who work at Scarlet Rose don't you?"
