Overall appearance:Ron has a structured face, his cheek bones are softer angled, but his jaw is unambiguous. When clenched it cuts a more squared angle giving him a look of prominence and meaningfulness. However, he does have what his friends say a 'baby face'. Ron has blue eyes that jump from his face; being the only part of him that looks remotely inticing. While he tries to hide behind a wall, people seem to easily read through his eyes. His eyes seem to droop through pain and remorse, and sparkle with excitement or intrigue.

Ron's hair comes just below his ears and is naturally quite straight. He doesn’t care for hair really, and isn’t too concerned whether it falls properly, but sometimes finds the time to mess with it. His hair is naturally red, look the rest of his family. He's also on the taller side, which is often intimidating at first, but he really wouldn't hurt a fly. The boy is very athletic, but mostly in Quidditch, although he hadn't done much of that recently. Being athletic has helped him to achieve a fair build, but he isn’t exactly a ‘muscle man’, but not at all scrawny either.

Luckily, Ron holds no major mutations in his genes. He doesn’t have any major distinguishing marks: he was lucky to never get a big period of copious acne, he doesn’t have any scars, but was born with a birthmark on the small of his back. Due to his fair skin, though, he is unable to tan and if he dare spends a few hours in the sun it's likely that he'll get extremely burnt.

Needless to say, Arthur and Molly Weasley did not expect to have another child, let alone another son. Granted, they were quite happy when they discovered that Ronald Weasley would be coming into the world, but it certainly put a strain on their already teetering finances. Baby Ron brought a great deal of joy to the Weasley family, however. Though babies are a bit of work to take care of, Molly was quite grateful for the distraction from her difficulties with the twins, Fred and George. Ronald was doted upon the entire first year of his life, until his mother had Ginny, that is.

Being that Ginny was the first girl in the family in generations, Ron found himself taking a bit of a backburner to his new baby sister. At such a young age, Ron did not realize that anything had changed at all. It was not until his twin brothers decided to play a prank on him by informing him that Mummy did not love him anymore that Ron came to the conclusion that perhaps Ginny was not the best thing to happen to his life. Despite all this, however, he loved his little sister and felt an overwhelming urge to keep her safe no matter what. This often meant that he took the brunt of Fred and George's teasing. This was all well and good until Ronald accidentally broke his brother's toy broomstick. A teddy turned into a spider later, Ronald decided that perhaps it would be best to allow Ginny a bit of brotherly teasing.

Ron tried to fade into the background for a bit, but that is rather difficult in such a tightly packed household. There was always something to do and some new adventure to be had, whether he liked it or not. This certainly did not die out once he arrived at Hogwarts. Instead, his life seemed to only get even more dramatic than it was being the sixth son of a rather poor family. Befriending Harry Potter turned out to be much more than Ron bargained for, but he stuck by his friend through nearly everything. It was not until Harry's name was pulled from the Goblet of Fire that Ron began to realize that perhaps it was not as fun being the sidekick. This emotion died out fairly quickly, especially after the dragon, but the little green monster inside of Ron refused to leave. He simply changed targets and moved on to Hermione Granger, his other best friend, and her new male friend, Viktor Krum.

Though Ron's fifth year was not exactly the best ever, he was quite happy to be chosen as the Gryffindor Keeper for the Quidditch team. Granted, this likely had a lot to do with the fact that his best friend was the captain, but Ron refused to question it. He wanted a bit of the spotlight for himself, but soon realized that it was not exactly what he had expected. He carried on with the Keeper position, though it was with a rather heavy heart when Harry and his twin brothers, Fred and George were removed from the team by Dolores Umbridge. He managed to finish the year off, however, even scraping by enough O.W.L.s to continue on with his potential career plan of becoming an Auror, something he did not share with many people.
