[Kyo Himashu]

((Since Byakuya's rank has gotten removed, we will be replacing his battle topic with this one, so we have people to fight against.))


Throughout his years living in the human world, there was one rule that Kyo always abide by. Don't get involved in Soul Society business.It was difficult at times, but he wanted to stay off their radar. So while feeding the rabbits in his animal shelter that morning and felt a strange disturbance, he continued with his own business. In his mind this situation was was no different from other situations that the Soul Society was able to deal with. They also had that Kurosaki kid. 'everything will be fine. Plus who would need help from me? he thought to himself, petting a rabbit on the head as it ate a carrot from his other hand.

Though he thought he would not interfere, Kyo still kept tabs on what was happening, or at least tried to as best he could while completing his chores. There were three very high level enemies that Shiniami and Arrancar had banded together to defeat. As the battle progressed, Kyo's heart skipped a beat, even maybe a few. Two out of the three enemies, he recognized their energy. There was no doubting it.

The first was Karasu, the man who had freed him from being wrongfully executed for a crime he did not commit. The second presence brought up so many different emotions at once, he felt confused. He knew the two of them had been banished, they must have found a way to escape. He wanted to see what was happening now more then ever. He risked getting seen, but probably not, the Soul Society members had more on their plate to deal with, he assumed. Letting out a small sigh, Kyo locked up his puppies in the backyard and headed towards the part of town he felt the energy coming from.

While on his way, he could feel that the battle taking a turn for the worst for the Shinigami. He watched for a while, from atop a building from a good distance, as the battles progressed. Of course he was not able to see any of it until the Kurosaki kid showed up and broke their covers. Good, now he could see the action. Saki was fighting two foes, an Arrancar and Captain level Shinigami. Not very fair considering she felt like the weakest one there, the other two men were just fighting one Captain each. His eyes fell on the one who felt the most powerful, he had just taken down Byakuya, very formidable indeed.

Standing up, Kyo decided he wanted to speak to this man. Talking to the other two wouldn't get him anywhere, he had too many emotions wrapped up in them. But he had no problem talking to this man he had never seen before. Using Shunpo, he appeared a couple of meters in front of Setsuna, his hand on the hilt of his Zanpakuto, but not drawn. He didn't want to draw an attack out of him right away. "There doesn't seem to be someone coming to take his place." he said with a smile, referring to Byakuya. "What do you and your friends intend on doing here?" he asked casually. This was his home after all, and had been for a while. If someone was going to threaten it, he was going to protect it, even if his enemies were old friends.. and lovers.

[Setsuna Suzunami]

Setsuna's Shikai had already turned back into the ring around his neck as he hid it. Setsuna turned to the look at the Shinigami that that appeared a short distance form him He started to speak of him being Byakuya's replacement then asked about what they all where doing in world of the living Setsuna was not in the greatest of moods anymore the shinigami that he thought would give him the most trouble was defeated so easily but this shinigami didnt not seem to be weak even though Setsuna's spirit energy was raised to beat that of Kuchiki's
"What we are doing here is simple..We will destroy the gates of hell and break free... What is your name Shinigami.... i wish to know the man ill kill" Setsuna had not intention of killing him it was not part of his plan however this man was either unphased by this spirit energy or very good at hiding it and that interested Setsuna. He turned his full body to look at the Shinigami...he looked familiar but not like he had see him more of heard his description before no no no... not possible he thought to himself. Setsuna set his hand on Shigure Kintoki the sword that he uses when fighing with his sword style. Setsuna looked at this man standing there Setsuna smiled
"Do you wish to end up like Byakuya i will gladly show you the difference in my power and yours" Setsuna didnt move at all and stood still

He definitely didn't like the sounds of the gates of hell being destroyed. That definitely wouldn't be good for any of their worlds. They all lived in a perfect balance, and if any of that were to be altered, well he didn't want to know what would happen, all he knew is it would be bad. Though he didn't blame them, though, for wanting to break free. That place they came from probably wasn't that nice, he assumed. But what happens to all the worlds once they break free. The freedom of three individuals definitely didn't compensate for the destruction of the world as they knew it.

"My name is Kyo Himashu. I'm sure you've heard the name at least once considering I know both your comrades you brought today." he stated, hoping he didn't know too much about him. He was the reason Saki was sent there, basically. Well, she did the things that got her sent there because of him. He lives everyday holding so much regret towards that situation. It's almost driven him a little mad at times. "And what, may I ask, is the name you go by?" he asked casually, his hand dropping from the hilt of his sword to his side. It was obvious this man wasn't going to attack unless provoked. And Kyo had no intention on doing that quite yet. Not intentionally, anyways.

"And no, I would much rather not end up like him. There is one issue here though. You guys being free sounds good and all, but for what price? Isn't there another way you could free yourselves without bringing such destruction? But the issue lies here. I love this world, and I will do anything to protect it. So I do not stand in your way of fighting the Gotei 13, but I will protect this place with my entire being." he said calmly, yet assertively. The usually jovial man needed to get his point across.

[Ichigo kurosaki]

A flickering shade of black a shady character emerged as quietly as i possibly could, i attacked in a much similiar way as i attacked Aizen when i came from hueco mundo, from behind towards Setsuna (altrough i don`t know his name yet) i had not my mask on which was unfortunate, but it could not be helped at least i had my bankai to go with, normally i would not go into bankai on the first run but this opponent seemed strong enough to even take out byakuya, he could not afford to go lightly here and neither lose, if this guy was as strong as it seemed then this battle could last a little too long which was my main concern, and off course byakuya, i would no doubt fight for his stead.

I noticed another fella around but he seemed to be a good guy, since he was confronting the other man, but i would be on my guard regardless. I raised my blade as silently as i could while approaching the man, knowing the exact time to release a getsuga was crucial, my Zanpakto caught on fire with black flames pouring all over it Getsuga- Tenshoo! I released the attack at him not being certain if it hit or not, my Zanpakto feels tense in my hand... but i do not allow myself to get shaken no i face forward remaining determinated to take out this man since he disturbs the peace. I do not know his intentions but when a hell gate appers its never a good sign.

The power of the getsuga would sureley cause damage when this up close and personal, the attack was mainly aimed at his waist and across his back, the attack sent black flames flying in the direction much enough to catch Kyo where he stood putting him in danger as well the only difference was that kyo saw him attacking from withing a low moving cloud that passed by, i decided not to hold back from the start, these flames where released and formed a singular scar across the sky.

Attacking on the beat

[Setsuna Suzunami]

Setsuna stood there completely aware that Ichigo was behind him and charging his energy but Setsuna didnt focus on him at all instead his gaze was locked on Kyo When ichigo fired the getsuga tensho he turned to face it holding out his hand as it hit his hand a dome formed covering him in the power of the Getsuga tensho.... but suddenly the Getsuga Tensho began to freeze and then without warning it broke into small pieces and bright orange flames come forth and then settled when Setsuna was visible once again. in his hand was a large chunk of the energy that had been turned into ice... he was looking at Ichigo now his orange looked at ichigo with a calm sort of hatred that could only spoken in one word... Fiery..
"Boy...Ichigo Kurosaki.. that was Getsuga Tensho, correct" Setsuna knew all about this world even in hell there are ways of gaining information in his hand the ice turned back to energy and seemed to dance around his hand not hurting him like ti was now his power to control the energy began to form into a blade that looked like Zangetsu he raised his arm up high and to everyone surprise spoke two simple words
"Getsuga....Tensho" he swung down and let go of the energy and a Getsuga one only a fraction weaker then ichigo's fired earlier after he sent that flying he turned to look at Kyo to answer the questio he had asked before the boy,Ichigo kurosaki , had attacked him foolishly

"To answer what you ask... I am Setsuna.... Suzunami former captain of squad 5 and the leader of the Vongola rebellion " he said as he fixed the glove that was on his hand and had the roman numeral III on it
"I am also the 3rd ranked Jigoku Shinigami " he said with no hesitation to show he was not lying. He pointed to the glove to bluff saying that was the symbol of his rank but that was a lie but he would never tell he gave small hints but made sure that they where so hard to see that only a master would know and even then it would be a puzzle to figure out. He dropped his left arm the sleeve had been burned and so had his hand but not bad enough that it would hinder his fighting.. from someone else perspective he would look to be unarmed

[Kyo Himashu]

Kyo could tell that this man was completely aware of the 'surprise attack' that was being carried out by the Kurosaki boy. It wasn't a very stealthy attack, so he wasn't surprised when the Jigoku Shinigami was able to counter this attack. He took note of this man's ability to duplicate attacks, even though it seemed like the duplicate wasn't as strong as the original. It was still a very dangerous ability, he didn't look forward to finding out the rest of them. Well at least he had a little bit of help if they were to fight. Kyo hated fighting, but if they were threatening the balance of the worlds, they must be stopped at all costs, no matter who they are/were.

Realization dawned on his face as the enemy said his name. Well, they sure did have their work cut out for them, if he was who he actually claimed to be. He had no reason to believe he was lying either. "The Vongola rebellion. So being banished didn't change your screwed up perception of justice?" Punishing everyone in these worlds for the horrible actions of a few Shinigami, was just wrong. These people didn't have quarrels with anyone in the human world, yet they're seemingly willing to destroy it's peaceful ways.

Drawing his blade now, Kyo demanded his opponent's attention. "As I said, I will not allow you to do anything to harm this world. Your quarrels lay in Soul Society, not here, Suzunami-taicho." he used his old title as a formality, he wasn't rude, after all. "Instead of wreaking havoc here, go to the ones you hold your issues with. I do not wish to fight you, but if you will not back down, I will." He hoped that the Kurosaki kid picked up on the fact that they were on the same team now. Releasing his previously hidden spirit pressure, he readied to defend against an attack.

[Ichigo kurosaki]

Only one word could fully describe my feelings right now "confusion" so much happened in such a short time, and yet i had to remain vigilant at all times, i could afford no slip ups, the character in question spoke to him almost as if he knew me and quite well at that, and yet i could not remeber ever facing him? was he pulling pranks on me?

From my view point i only saw him raising his hand to block my attack, only after the entire getsuga froze solid could i truly see his ability he then absorbed it into his arm and formed into a Zanpakto which reminded awfully a lot of Tensa Zangetsu, in fact an identical copy, I could not comprehend how this had happened it must have been this guys special ability, this was not gonna be easy and i doubt i would make it in time...

As by instict I had already charged another Getsuga in my Zanpakto but rather than letting it loose i kept it around my blade allowing it to cut better, the solid chunk of reitsu that Setsuna sent at me was blocked by my blade and cut in half, altrough it took some effort i had learned the basics of his abilities. I let out a grunting battle roar as i cut trough the attack, it was quite potent and pushed me back several dozen feet. H.. how do you know my name? no rather how did he do that just now?

The sweat along the droplets of water ran across my cheek, orange hair and the rest of my body, i seemed not able to control my breathing, but panted in long breaths, this was the effect if i kept my bankai too long?, perhaps not but it seemed more so than usual. But my eyes did not leave their sight from my opponent it seemed the other guy was on our side, which was a relife, However i was not sure if they knew each other from the past, seemed likeley.

Eventually i was able to properly control my breathing becoming more calmer by the second, this man was an abomination to say the least did they come from hell, I decided to watch and hold back for now, altrough i could not wait for too long as i would risk losing my bankai again.

Darkness within

[Setsuna Suzunami]

Setsuna looked at the Kurosaki boy... he smiled at Ichigo with a sort of devilish grin.. He slowly walked over pulling his gloves down making them tighter. Setsuna got to about five feet away from him and opened a very tiny portal
"Oh Ichigo... what did you think the Yana where" as he spoke 4 or five yana crawled from the portal that could now be seen as more of a tear in the fabric of space and time Setsuna stood there calm as cold be...beside him where six yana three on each side naturally they looked ready to attack but waited for the command of there master.. Setsuna slowly raised his left hand and made his fingers in the readied snapping position. However when he snapped instead of attacking there enemy they began to burn a powerful flame that now surrounded his hand it was more intense and in a matter of moments they where destroyed and the tear closed up. Setsuna stood there as if nothing had happened most people would be appalled at such an action, Setsuna was still looking at Ichigo with a smile
"Ichigo.. i sent the Yana to your world in hopes that you would be of some use.. however a Bankai that is not in perfected state will never be of use to me and the Jigoku. "Setsuna turned to look at Kyo he also began to walk to a equal distance from both of the enemies that had shown up
"I dont do well with you all Gigito Vongola.... cant handle dual combat very well" he said with a bit of a smile
