OOC: forgive me for the late event threath this is only the main threath and several side threats will be availeble, just in case i would hate one topic getting too crowded altrough with the current activity that`s gonna be unlikeley... but still useful if you want to join in with several characters of your own.
IC: Ichigo had been relaxing at home just chilling for several days, doing nothing in particular other than hiding from direct sunlight during the day and hunting hollows late into the night. Even the hollows seemed to want to avoid the scorching hot sunlight and only roamed during night time. But this had been going long enough the summer heat was starting to get the better of him and he could hardly sit still cramped in the sofa watching the television, he felt like the walls where cutting closer to him by the minute an irritated feeling that made him frown while watching the TV, that broadcasted the weather report for the week which showed no mercy in sight from the burning summer heat.
That`s when he heard some mail pop in trough the door, he went to check it, the mail concisted nothing more than the usual things such as bills, however one letter in particular caught his intrest when a letter slipped down to the floor, the letter seemed different somehow holding the insignia of the Soul Society, Ichigo wondered who could have sent such a letter? and why? was there another urgency in soul society? he opened the letter and read the few lines of content, "check out trough the window!" the letter had been written with haste yet the letter was handwritten with elegant words and the text still seemed very clear to read unlike his own. Before doing anything Ichigo blinked his eyelids, what? trough my window? he peeked out and a small group of people waiting outside... He recogniced everyone of them but they all wore summer clothes, such as sandals, shorts and so forth, very lightly clothed, Ishida and Sado being among them.
Ichigo stormed out only to find out that they had decided to go out to the beach, which by all means sounded like a nice plan, ichigo went in and changed a bit and put on some sun protection on his skin and head, but he skipped the hat from his head and only wore some sunglasses. (which he would eventually skip later as well)
He asked what the deal with the letter was but Ukitake only said it was for fun, which was not such a weird thing coming from the man, not many other soul reapers where around though, either they where going to show up on the beach later or they where already there, the trip to the beach was fairly short and unventful, upon reaching the beach Ichigo took notice of a tent in the distance not too far away, he could lay his bet that thats where he could find people who could not tolerate sunlight for one or two reasons such as the ever grumpy Ex captain Toushirou, they probably stored ice and other products from the sun heat there.
The beach streched along the sea for miles on both sides, and was compleytley empty which Ichigo found to be quite funny, Ukitake soon parted ways heading for the Tents, he told them he had to check up on something there. Ichigo made his way down the steep sand dunes that where covered partially by long stripes of grass, upon emerging down to ground level which was led in on a path to lower ground. He could feel the burning sand under his towels, Ichigo saw a big table planted between the beach itself and the tents, the table`s where empty for now but he was certain an mountain of goods awaited them in the tents. He was more prompt to get into his bathing suit ASAP and jump into the deep blue sea.
