The Russian Roulette
A large casino near the center of the city. The building is a lavishly made 30 story tower done in the style of the Cathedral of the Smolny Convent in St. Petersburg, Russia. The casino welcomes people from both sides of St. Peters to come through it's doors and enjoy the fine things in life, if only for a day.

A few floors have even been converted into a hotel so guest's can stay even longer to indulge in their guilty pleasures, whether it be the casino's restaurants, gentleman's club, dance club, or just the gambling.

~Serves as a ground of neutrality for supernatural beings. In other words violence won't be tolerated here.~
