Actually the problem she's having is the fact that it's a .JPG and not a .GIF,

That's why the animation is working. [ If that's what she means by changing. ]

Either way, it's still a .jpg. >_>;

For animation you need to have it as a .gif. If it never was animated, than it probably wasn't done right.

I thought it might be because of how she was uploading it. Lots of the time if I had 'Browsed' for it, it wouldn't work. I'd have to copy and paste the link from my photobucket. It sounds like you guys got a better understanding of it, though. ell oh ell

When I had the image uploaded of my fiance and I, that I -JUST- used, it was under the 'Browse', and uploaded to the forums, and it worked fine.
