Shortcuts can be used like a form of shorthand for quick and easy interaction with your office applications. Here are some of the best known and most widely used:
To utilize these shortcuts hold the CRTL button down and then hit the next button CRTL - A - Select ALL text CRTL - B - Bold Text CRTL - C - Copy Selected text CRTL - D - Delete Selected text CRTL - E - Center Text CRTL - F - Find text entered into window CRTL - G - Goto section of text entered into window (page, line, bookmark...) CRTL - H - Replace Text with text entered into windows CRTL - I - Italicize highlighted text CTRL - J - Justify a complete line of text between margins (1st letter on left, last on right) CRTL - K - Insert Hyperlinks CRTL - L - Left Justify highlighted text CRTL - M - Tabs the Left Margin 1/2" to the Right CRTL - N - New Document CRTL - O - Open new file CRTL - P - Print Document CRTL - R - Right Justify Highlighted Text CRTL - S - Save file CRTL - T - Tabs (indents) in the second and subsequent lines of a paragraph.
