~ Master Archer ~ Oliver Queen is perhaps one of the greatest archers known to man. Capable of utilizing a composite bow with more lethality than most would use a gun, he can shoot near twenty-nine arrows per minute, and is known to be unswervingly accurate, able to fire arrows down the barrel of pistols on the move and hit near any part of the human body he wishes, varying his shots to cause differing levels of damage. Armed with a wide range of bows, he has shown himself able to hit people at both great and minimal distance and Queen has demonstrated the ability to fire off two to three arrows in unison – with a similar accuracy to firing a single shaft.

~ Trained Martial Artist ~ Green Arrow is proficient in numerous forms of martial arts, and specialises in the arts of Judo and Kick Boxing. That said, he has learned numerous other styles to a decent level – including Karate and Wing-Chung – and is a smart enough combatant to utilise elements of each style in close combat situations in order to overcome his opponents. A more heavy set male than many martial artists, Ollie tends to use his brute strength over speed, using his height and muscle mass to his advantage against smaller, lighter adversaries.

~ Survivalist ~ Oliver Queen possess the strength and physical fitness of a man who engages in intensive regular exercise – and is thought to be at his physical peak. He is capable of lifting near twice his body weight, and is remarkably agile for a man of his stature – quite acrobatic should the occasion call for it. He has been trained extensively in 'withering the elements' on Marshall Island, having sworn off his fortune and birth right for near three years of his life. There, he learned numerous survival tactics, able to use near anything in his immediate vicinity to his advantage. Thus, Queen can survive in hostile environments for quite some time, given minimal resources.

~ Immeasurable Wealth ~ Ollie is heir to the Queen legacy, and current C.E.O of Queen Industries – Star City's biggest corporation. A billionaire with a fortune comparable to Lex Luthor and Bruce Wayne's, he is never short of money, and can afford to buy near anything he wishes. He is also, despite his somewhat cynical view of business and almost play-boyesque attitude, a remarkably shrewd businessman, and is not to be underestimated when it comes to cutting deals involving vast wealth.

~ Paraphernalia ~ Queen uses his company to manufacture a number of custom weapons and items, ranging from composite bows to specialised arrows – the most common being those loaded with explosives, grapnel lines, gases and small electrical charges. He has also developed his own 'Arrow' suit. Made of simple polymers and bullet-proof kevlars, the green fabric and it's lining is remarkably light, and thus doesn't hinder movement when running, performing acrobatic feats, and most importantly, utilising a bow and arrow. Equipped with a hood to help hide his identity and military grade vision enhancers designed to look like an eye mask, Green Arrow is more than well equipped to take on even the most well armed foes.

WEAKNESS:

~ Only Human ~ Oliver Queen, despite being very skilled, is still only human, and as such, has extreme physical limitations when compared to other superheroes; especially given hos somewhat bulky stature. Even with rigorous training, he can only do what the most trained civilian can do, lacking any supernatural or meta-powered defence, and thus is prone to all the ailments that come with that handicap.

~ Troubled ~ Many people would think that Queen's status as a billionaire playboy would render him a remarkably joyful human being, and his position as CEO of Queen Industries would make him somewhat discreet when in the public eye. Many would be wrong. Despite his wealth and job title, Ollie is known to be cynical, quick-tempered, and at times, blatantly rude. He cares little for idiocy, and can often become very absorbed in his own life – seeming to forget about those close to him should it suit him. He is a man possessed of inner demons, a renowned womaniser, and has during past low points turned to alcoholism to cope with his inner turmoil, often feeling like he lacks direction, believing he was given a burden he never truly wished for.

~ On Edge ~ Green Arrow is a vigilante, and has been, since his first appearance , considered dangerous by the Star City police department. And despite what members of the Justice League would have citizens believe – he is. His use of arrows makes every shot possibly lethal, and should he slightly mistime or misjudge a shot, criminals can end up more than merely wounded and inconvenienced. A clipping shot could well become a chest piercing one. Ollie is also not the classical light hearted hero. He has a dark side, and it is closer to the surface than he'd like to admit. If angered or pushed, there's a chance that his shots get aimed to mortally wound. Unlike Batman and other Justice Leaguers, Ollie is constantly forced to fight his inner monologue – suggesting that he'd be better off killing criminals than letting them live. To date, Queen has a body count totalling five – not a huge amount – but not quite the clean slate of most of the Justice Society.

~ Thrill Seeker ~ For many years, Ollie lived as a vigilante to seek thrills. He was addicted to the adrenaline rush hunting dangerous humans gave him, and thus had in the way of honourable motives. While he has since embraced his 'hero' mantle, there are times that his old self can be seen – and he often rushes into situations without thinking them through. Headstrong and stubborn, he barely ever underestimates himself, and near always underestimates others – a dangerous quality, especially when working as part of a team.
