To be or not to be random. That is the question Group: Owner Posts: 580 Member No.: 1 Joined: 14-November 07	How to make scanlines in GIMP the fast way. First open up the document that you want to put scanlines on. Go to Filters>Distorts>Video>3x3. Put that layer mode on overlay and if necessary, change the opacity. Now you are done!
